Private personal training
I base sessions in two private gyms within Liverpool. Because of the current lockdown situations, I will now conduct these sessions outside, to ensure you still get the same high quality in a safe environment.

 

​Sessions are available either on a 1 on 1 basis or 2 on 1 - giving you the option if you don’t feel like training alone, or small groups. 
 

​I conduct all sessions with YOUR goal in mind, with a variety of workouts, and ensure you have the motivation you need to succeed.
